25th August 2009 (Night Prayer)
My dear little ones,
I ask you to cling to Me. Trust in Me and the love I have for you. Do not try and run ahead. Learn the lessons that I teach to you. You must learn to walk moment by moment with Me. Be docile and listen to the gentle prompting given to you by the Holy Spirit. Do not try and do God’s work by your own means. Be still and wait upon your Lord and God. Surrender your will to the Divine Will of God. Do not be afraid to give yourself completely to your Lord and God. Let us journey together on the path of purification. Do not continually worry and fret about events which are to come. You must prepare yourself in readiness to receive your Eternal Bridegroom. Let the oil of faith be in your lamp in preparation. Look to Scripture to understand the ways of the Lord. No one knows the time except the Father when mankind will face eternal judgment. You will not be judged by your material wealth but by the way you have lived your lives. Pray for the virtues of prudence, fortitude, justice and temperance, as these gifts will help you understand the wisdom of God. Look also to the virtues of holiness. Pray for the gifts of faith, hope and love to be revealed to you in fullness to help you in the work you do to prepare a worthy dwelling place for your Lord and God. Prudence tells you to wait and discern God’s Will. Fortitude teaches you to always have hope in God’s plan for you. Temperance helps you to remain humble and background as you work to further God’s Kingdom. Justice will help you understand more fully the ways of your Lord and God. Remain constant my little ones and do not become disillusioned when the ways of your Lord and God seem hidden. Be patient and persevering and wait upon your Lord and God.
