13th August 2008 (Night Prayer)
My dear children,
Concentrate on Heavenly desires as these will be of everlasting benefit to you. Many of God’s children spend their lives chasing worldly dreams which keep them distracted and on the wide path which leads to nowhere. There will be those who are close to you who will mock and ridicule you for the path of holiness you have chosen. Do not retaliate in anger when you face opposition. Reach out and show them God’s love by the virtuous life you live. Be gentle and humble of heart forgiving those who hurt you. Do not fear this path you have been called to take. Pray each day for courage and strength to take the difficult and less trodden path. Many want the easy way and search after worldly rewards and artificial highs. Follow the lives of the saints and imitate the path of holiness they chose to take. Look to the life of St. Maximillan Kolbe. He gave his life for another in pure love and reaped the rewards of eternal life. There are many ways you can give your life for another. Every self sacrifice and act of selflessness and love is the way you give your life in pure love for another. Let all need for recognition and praise die away and allow your Lord and Saviour Jesus to receive the praise, thanks and all recognition. You must die to self so that Christ Jesus can be made fully manifest in your life. Decrease and let Jesus increase. Allow the New Pentecost to take place. I ask you to die to your old self and rise up to rebirth to enable you to live your life anew through the gifts and graces of the Holy Spirit.
