30^th September 2014 (Morning Prayer)

My little one,

Remain in Me as I remain in you. Do not let the difficult moments of the day cause you to feel overwhelmed. Trust in Me. Trust in the merciful love of the Father, given to you by Me, His Son through the grace of the Holy Spirit. Come to Me with all the burdens you carry and I will give you rest for your soul. Do not try and remain alone. I am the Vine and you are the branches. The Father is the Vine dresser. There are times when you will be tested. The wild shoots must be trimmed away. Do not be afraid to pass through the Refiner's fire. Do not be afraid to be tested and purified like gold in the furnace. Make the most of the time of mercy given to you. Pray for your conscience to be illuminated in the areas that are keeping you distant from the love of the Lord your God. Let go of any prideful ways so that you can live a new life led by the Spirit of God. Humble your heart before the Lord and admit your faults and failings. Come to the wellspring of salvation and be washed clean. I will pour clean water over you and give to you a new heart and put My spirit within you, then I will be your God and you will be My people. Do not be afraid to be cleansed in body, mind and soul. Put on your white linen garment in readiness for your Eternal Bridegroom. Make adequate preparations now. Do not wait until the last moment. Change the way you think, the words you speak and your actions. Learn the lessons of self-denial. Accept the last seat not the place of honour. Be content to work humbly in the background for the glory of God. Give glory to God by the humble and self-effacing way you live your life.
