4th October 2014 (Morning Prayer)
Endurance is needed for you to last the long distance. Do not look over the fence at the life that others live. Walk with Me in the duties you perform in the present moment. Live your life in a way that is pleasing to the Lord. Do not try and walk the pilgrim path alone. Stay near to Me and I will guide you to pastures green. Patiently wait upon the Lord. There is much work for you to do. Take time to rest. Put your life in right order. Take time with the Lord, take time to reach out in holy love to others and take time for self. Make adequate preparations. Cleanse the interior of any self-seeking ways. Keep your eyes fixed on your Good Shepherd. Walk in My shadow. Trust in God's providence. Do not let your thoughts run ahead into the future. Stay with Me in the present moment. I am your Good Shepherd. I will lead you along the path of righteousness. I will shelter you from the storm. Study the passages in Scripture to help you understand the ways of the Lord. Do not make your main focus on the lures and treasures of the world for these are not lasting. Read again Matthew 6: 19-21. Put your life in right order for where your treasure is there will be your heart also. You enter this world naked and you also leave with no possessions. Store up eternal treasures. You live in difficult times. Many of God's people have chosen the wide path of the world. Selfishness and greed abounds. Do not choose the wide path that the world encourages. Turn away from all self-centred ways. Share all you have with others. Do not hoard your possessions. Embrace a heart that is generous and giving. Open your heart up and receive the love of your Heavenly Father given to you through Me, His Son by the grace of the Holy Spirit. Allow this holy love to flow through you to set the captives free.
