24^th December 2014 (Morning Prayer)
My little one,
Do not be afraid to choose the path of the little way. Work humbly in the background to bring glory to God. Do not seek praise and promotion of self. Deny self and you will rise up to live a new life led by the Spirit of God. Yes, you will have struggles and difficult moments; you must learn to trust in God's plan of hope. Just as gold is tempered and purified in the fire you too, must be purified by the fire of the Spirit. Look to the higher virtues. Practice temperance and prudence. Seek always the just path of the Lord and learn the lessons of fortitude by your patience and perseverance in these difficult moments. Stay near Me. Cling to the corner of My garment. Allow Me to lead you to pastures green. I will guide yo on the pilgrim path of salvation. Trust in the love of your Lord and Saviour. Clear your mind from worldly ways. Learn to be pure of heart in the work you do to further the kingdom of God. Purify your thoughts, the words you speak and your actions. Change the old patterns of selfishness and pride. Embrace this new life of selfless love and you will reap eternal rewards. Will you give a gift to the Lord? Will you give the gift of a humble heart? Look to Mary and the humble life she led. Look to Joseph and the path of humility he walked. Follow the holy way that My family (the Holy Family) walked. Learn to be obedient to the holy Will of God and humble of heart and you will journey deeper in your faith. You will know more fully the mysteries of the kingdom of God. You will understand more deeply the love of the Father given to you by Me, His Son through the grace of the Holy Spirit.
