11th January 2015 (Baptism of Jesus)
My little one,
Do not be afraid.  Stay close to Me.  Surrender yourself completely to your Lord and God.  Do not be concerned with matters that are not of God.  The ways of the world are fleeting.  Put your house in right order.  Love your Lord and God with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself.  Follow My holy way.  Trust in God’s plan for you and for your loved ones for I will turn your sorrows into joys, your mourning into dancing.  Do not doubt My hidden presence.  Trust in Me and the merciful love I have for you and for all of God’s children.  Be firm in your faith.  Come to Me with the burdens you carry and I will give you rest for your soul.  Doubt no longer but believe in the love of your Heavenly Father given to you by Me, His Son through the grace of the Holy Spirit.  Take notice of all you have been given.  Trust and wait upon the Lord.  I will never forsake you, for I have carved you on the palm of My hand.  Stay near to Me.  Remain in Me as I remain in you.  Be gentle and humble of heart and you will win favour with the Lord.  Do not seek attention and glory for self.  Be content to work humbly in the background for the glory of God.  Clear your mind from the clutter of worldly ways.  Open your eyes and see the wonders of the Lord.  I am your Good Shepherd.  I will show you the holy way of the Lord.  I am calling you to journey deeper in your faith.  I am asking you to submit your will to the holy Will of the Lord.  Begin your day with a prayer of submission – a prayer of surrender.  Walk the pilgrim path not by your own means.  Walk always in the shadow of your Good Shepherd.  Abide in me as I abide in you.
Prayer of Submission.
I submit myself today dear Lord to your holy Will.  Clear My mind from all thoughts that are not of you.  I pray for the gift of clear perception so that I may know and understand your ways more clearly.  I surrender today to you my every thought, word and deed.  Forgive me Lord for the many times I offend you by the way I think, the way I speak and the way I act.  I pray dear Lord for a pure heart of holy love.  Open my eyes to your wondrous ways.  Open my ears to the gentle prompting of God’s Spirit and open my heart so that I can receive the love of My Heavenly Father given to me by you, His Son through the grace of the Holy Spirit and in turn pass this love on to all those who you put in my path this day.  Amen.
