My dear children,
Be still.  Take time away from the noise of the world.  Listen more intently to the gentle prompting you are given by the Spirit of God.  I ask you to open your eyes and see more clearly the way of the Lord.  Open your ears and listen to the Lord your God.  Open your heart and receive the love of the Lord and pass this holy love on to those you meet each day.  Give generously of self without expecting return for all you have given.  Learn the important lessons of self-denial.  Practice self-denial in your every day life.  Do not see these acts of self-denial as a chore.  Change the old patterns of selfishness and pride.  I ask you again to pick up your cross, deny self daily and follow Me.  There is much work to do.  Purify yourself in body, mind and soul in readiness for the time to come.  Do not waste a moment of this time given to you to change the old impure ways so that you can live your life anew led by the Spirit of God.
