20th December 2008 (Night Prayer)
My dear little children,
Adversities and trying times happen to many of God’s suffering people throughout the world. Do not become overwhelmed my children by the problems you face. Trust more and learn to take your journey slowly. You must understand the meaning of living in the present moment with your Lord and God. Look to Matthew 6:34. You are told in this passage not to worry about tomorrow; tomorrow will take care of itself. Go back to a more simple and faith filled way of life. Pray and ask for all your needs. Give thanks often for the many graces and blessings you receive. You have been asked many times to walk moment by moment not rushing ahead of your Good Shepherd Christ Jesus. He is the Shepherd and you are the sheep; walk behind your Shepherd. Do not run in front because you may stumble into the darkness. Stay always in the light of Christ. Follow His ways of spiritual perfection. Be careful to choose wisely. Choose the narrow and more difficult path in preference to a life of comfort and ease. You will learn many lessons on your journey of life when you accept the need for you to take the narrow path of holiness. Many are called but so few chosen. At the first sign of hardship many of God’s children give up and go back to the old patterns of selfishness and greed. You have been asked to choose to serve rather than wanting others to serve you. Choose the little way of holy love and you will receive rewards beyond your understanding. Learn true holiness. Look to the lives of the saints to show you more clearly the path you are called to take. Happy the pure of heart they shall see God.
