7th January 2009 (Night Prayer)
My dear little children,
I ask you once more to have a lasting patience and perseverance. Remember you are never given a cross too heavy for you to carry. Pray and ask for Heavenly help. In Scripture Jesus told the disciples that He would leave His Advocate the Spirit of truth to help them. Pray daily and ask for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit to give you courage in your difficult moments. Do not try and journey by your own means. You must surrender your will to the Will of God and walk moment by moment with your Good Shepherd Jesus. These trials you suffer are just a slither of the cross which your Lord and Saviour carried for the redemption of mankind. Do not try and rush ahead as you will easily become disillusioned and overwhelmed with the challenges. You must trust my children and learn to walk in the present moment with your Lord and God. Do not worry about yesterday as it has gone; do not be concerned about tomorrow it can look after itself. Trust in God and His everlasting love for you and remain always in the present moment. Tomorrow dawns a new day in your spiritual life. Let go of the hurts and disappointments you hold in your heart. Look to Scripture – put new wine into new wineskins; if you put new wine into old wineskins it will burst and the wine will be wasted. Let the Divine love of the Father given to you by His Son Jesus through the grace of the Holy Spirit descend upon you and fill your heart to overflowing. Prepare a worthy dwelling place for the Lord. Be pure of heart and you will see God. Let go of the old and embrace this new life of love and pass it on to all you meet.
