23rd February 2009 (Morning Prayer - Jesus)
My dear child,
Write my message of instruction and love. The Lord your God can give but He can also take away. Learn to be obedient to the precepts of God. Samuel anointed Saul to lead his people but Saul did not listen and lost favour in the sight of God. Read 1 Sam 15:23 and learn the lessons. It is better to be obedient to the Will of God than to give outward observances of piety. You must take time apart to listen to the guidance given by the Father through me His Son by the grace of the Holy Spirit. This is why you are asked to be docile to the Spirit’s calling. Look to the calling of Samuel. He was lying down on his bed and God called him. He did not understand this calling and spoke to his spiritual advisor. Eli told him to go back and lie down and when God called to answer “Speak Lord your servant is listening in other words “here I am Lord I come to do your Will”. You must be still to here your Lord and God calling you. God’s voice is not to be found in the roar of the wind or in the blazing inferno but in the gentle breeze. This is why you have been told to go to your private place and close the door and pray to the Father in secret and the Father who sees all that is done in secret will reward. Stay humble and background always seeking to do the Will of God in your every action. Do not promote yourself and your works of charity but give all the praise and thanks to the rightful heir. Read again Matthew 6:1-6 to understand more fully the ways of your Lord and God. Be holy as I your Lord and God am holy.
