23rd May 2009 (Night Prayer)
My dear little ones,
Look to my beloved son Pio and the faithfulness he showed. He suffered and bore my wounds for the salvation of many souls. He was selfless and giving and achieved much fruit which continues in abundance right up to the present day. Study the way he lived and gain spiritual nourishment from his writings. I ask you to be willing to suffer trials and inconveniences to help in the salvation of souls. Cling to faith and never give up hope. Read Romans 5: 1-11. You have been reconciled with the Father through my death and resurrection. You have been given the precious gift of holy love by the Father through Me His Son by the grace of the Holy Spirit. Open your heart to receive this gift. Do not turn your back on God because of pride. Take the humble path which Pio took. Seek forgiveness for your sins and be filled with sanctifying grace in readiness for the work you are called to undertake. I ask you to continue praying prayers of protection. Pray prayers of protection for my shepherds in your daily prayer time. Do not doubt the power of your prayers offered with a humble and contrite heart. The burdens they carry are heavy. Pray that all will come to My Sacred Heart and not try and carry these burdens alone. I have said to come to me when you are heavily burdened and I will give you rest for my yoke is easy and my burdens light. I ask you to be my missionary servant of holy love by the selfless love you give in prayers and in works of love.
