25th February 2012 (Morning Prayer)
My dear child,
Do not be disheartened when you suffer inconveniences. Endure these small trials for these small trials will be part of the process of strengthening you for the time to come. Do not seek recognition or reward. Be content to work humbly in the background for the glory of God. Purify the interior of any self seeking. From the interior of a clean heart flows out My pure love. Take this time given to you to prepare a worthy dwelling place for your Lord and God. Let My love flood your soul and flow out to all who are in such desperate need. The lack of love causes many to take the path of darkness. Many love with hidden agendas of self. I have called you forth to love one another as I have loved you. No greater love can a man give but to lay down his life for another. To love with a pure heart means to die to self and then you will rise up to live your life anew. You will be led by the Holy Spirit of love in all you do to further God’s Kingdom. Look to the love given to you by your Heavenly Father. Read John 3:16. Yes, God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not be lost but may have eternal life. I ask you this Lenten season to examine your motives of love. Let your love given to others be always holy and pure with no hidden motives of self. Deny self and you will reap an abundant harvest for the Lord your God.
