26th April 2012 (Morning Prayer) My dear little one, I ask you to always be constant in your faith. Many of God’s people do not have the endurance to last the long distance. They remain constant while they are experiencing consolations but when the first sign of testing comes their way they struggle and choose the easier path that the world encourages. All must go through the purification of self. You must be tested like gold in the furnace. This can be painful as you experience the stripping away of the old self. Do not afraid to choose the path of vulnerability. Trust in Me and the love I have for you. Rely on Me not on your own means. I have called you forth and asked you to renounce self daily, pick up your cross and follow Me. I walk the narrow path with you as you climb the holy mountain of the Lord. Stay close to Me. Build My house on strong foundations that will last. Do not seek earthly consolations for these do not last. Endure the difficult moments and you will be given rewards that are eternal. Yes, in this world you will experience trouble, fear not for I have overcome the world. Abide in Me as I abide in you. Take time to go to your quiet place and pray and commune with your Lord and God. Let Me give you the rest you need. Let Me pour clean water over you (purification). Let Me give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you then I will be your God and you will be My people. After the darkness of the winter comes the new springtime of faith. Be still and wait upon the Lord your God.
