21st May 2012 (Morning Prayer) My dear little one, Be patient in your prayer requests for patience is a virtue you should aspire to have. You live in a world where people expect all to be given instantaneously. They are not prepared to wait upon the Lord. You must pray and discern God’s Will, for you have been told many times if your Heavenly Father looks after the flowers in the field and the birds in the air, how much more will He look after you. Do not rush ahead by your own will. Take time to be still and wait upon the Lord. How patient is your Heavenly Father. You have been given the gift of your freewill. He will not interfere with your will unless you ask for His help. Do not be rebellious. Humble your heart and follow the Divine Will of God. Look to the words in Holy Scripture “here am I Lord, I come to do your Will”. Pray and meditate on these words. Do not let pride be your downfall by wanting to do everything your way instead of patiently waiting on the Lord. There will be times when you think that your prayers are not heard and the answer you want in not achieved. You must learn to pray and trust in God’s plan of hope for you. Break down the wall of stone you have placed around your heart as a wall of protection from the hurts that the world throws at you. Rely not on your own means but rely on Me. Trust in My love for you. Let My love flood your heart and flow out as a fount of mercy to those you meet. Abide in Me as I abide in you.
