31st May 2012 (Morning Prayer) My little one, Perseverance is needed in this time where many in the world are so impatient and want answers immediately. I ask you to turn away from the patterns of worldliness where all is fast pace and instantaneous. Be more docile to the Holy Spirit and patiently wait upon the Lord your God. When you rush ahead by your own means you do not take time to be still and listen to Me, so all you endeavour to do is by your own impulsive means. Take time to pray and discern God’s Will. Do not let arrogance and pride be your downfall. Purify your thoughts, purify the words you speak hastily and purify your actions. Do not continually make excuses for yourself. Be prepared to admit your failings and seek My forgiveness in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Pride is the downfall of many. They can see the faults of others but fail to recognize their own shortcomings. Examine your conscience now. Pray for clarity of mind so you are not blind to your own errors. Come to the wellspring of salvation and be washed clean. Let Me pour clean water over you and give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you, then I will be your God and you will be My people. Come and experience the gift of love given to you by the Father through Me His Son by the grace of the Holy Spirit. Turn away from the shallow ways that the world encourages. You must die to self so that you can rise up to live your life anew. Abide in Me as I abide in you. Build your faith on deep foundations for those who choose the quick and shallow ground will pay the price for their choice but the person who chooses the foundation of rock will withstand the testing of faith and will inherit the keys to the Kingdom of God.
