11^th October 2014 (Morning Prayer)

My little one,

Do not be afraid for I am with you always. Look to My hidden presence. Come to the holy tabernacle of the Lord and spend time in quiet contemplation. Do not make your life so busy that you take no time to be still and wait upon the Lord. It is in these times of silent prayer that I speak to you in the temple of your heart. Do not wait. Make the most of this time given to you. Will you not spend an hour with the Lord? I wait patiently for you. If you call My name I will answer you. Do not be narrow in your thinking. Take note of all I have told you. My ways are different to your ways, My thoughts above the thoughts of mankind. You must learn to trust in the Lord. Something you think is a disaster is not that way at all. It is a blessing yet to be revealed. Trust and believe that you are cared for far beyond your understanding. Stay near to Me. Come to Me with all your burdens and I will give you rest for your soul. Abide in Me as I abide in you. Open your eyes and see more clearly the wonders of the Lord. Give thanks for the Lord's goodness. Open your ears and be more attuned to the gentle whispering of the Spirit of God. Give thanks for the precious gift of your Advocate – the Spirit of Truth. Open your heart and trust more fully in God's divine providence. I remind you again of the words given to you in Scripture in Matthew 6: 25-34. If God your loving Father cares for the flowers in the field and the birds in the sky, how much more will He look after you. Doubt no longer but believe in the Lord. Do not worry about tomorrow. Stay with Me in the present moment. I will guide you to pastures green and to restful waters.
