28th March 2009 (Night Prayer)
My dear children,
You have been called to lead a life of holy love. Love of God and love of neighbour are the commands which have been given to you. Look more closely at this self giving love you are called to choose. Love those who are difficult to love. Be selfless and humble of heart. Be careful that you do not fall victim to the sin of pride. Take the last seat not the first. Serve others instead of wanting others to serve you. Study Scripture to understand the deeper meaning of the words God is love. Read 1 John 4: 7-21. Let go of the fears you hold onto. Be docile to the Spirit of God. Let the Holy Spirit of love fill your body, mind and soul to overflowing. Allow God your loving Father to use you as an instrument of His love. Do not allow your earthly fears to taint your relationship with God. Look to Hebrews 12: 6-7 and Ephesians 3: 16-19. Do not be afraid to be tested and purified. Pray daily the prayer “here I am Lord I come to do your Will”. Do not pray this prayer out of fear but with agape love – give yourself totally in self giving love and you will inherit the keys to the Kingdom of God. Take time each day to be nourished by the Father through the unending font of mercy which flows from the Sacred Heart of Jesus and be filled with this merciful love through the Holy Spirit of love. Put on your garment of purity and walk the path towards life eternal as children of the New Covenant of love. Prepare a worthy dwelling place to receive your Lord and God into the temple of your heart. Build your house brick by brick with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone of your faith.
