7th April 2009 (Night Prayer)
My dear children,
Believe with all your heart, all your mind and all your soul that you have been chosen to lead a new life of holy love. Look to John 15: 16-17 and 1 John 4: 7-18. Love one another as God loves you. You have been called to live your life centred on God’s love. You are commissioned to step out boldly in faith as missionary servants of God’s love. This task is not easy. You are asked to love all not just a select few. Many of God’s children carry heavy burdens and have strayed so far from the path. Help them understand that the way to experience an eternal peace and love is through their Lord and Saviour Jesus. He is your Good Shepherd. He searches for those who are lost and alone and longs for each one to come back to the followed so that they can experience full union with their Heavenly Father through Jesus His Son by the grace of the Holy Spirit. The Father has given you freedom to choose right from wrong. I ask you this night to choose wisely. Let all your weaknesses be stripped away. Pray and ask for Heavenly help so that you are no longer weak but have the spiritual courage and strength to climb the holy mountain of your Lord and God. Keep your eyes firmly fixed on the prize. Keep your eyes on your Good Shepherd Jesus. Do not be like the sheep that follow the sheep that are lost into the wilderness. Jesus has asked you to renounce yourself and pick up your cross and follow Him on the path of salvation. Abide in Jesus as he abides in you.
