3rd August 2009 (Morning Prayer)
My dear little one,
Do not despair when the trials seem to come upon you one after another. Trust in me and the love I have for you. I have told you to bring all these heavy burdens to me and I will give you rest. Do not try and struggle on alone. Stay close to my Mother and she will guide you to my Sacred Heart. Bathe and soothe your aching heart in the healing balm which flows unceasingly from my heart. Do not become distressed but allow my peace and love to consume you and to strengthen you for these difficult moments. Come and spend some time with me as I want you to listen and learn some more of the mysteries of the Kingdom of God. God is light; in Him there is no darkness. I am the light of the world. Come and follow me and allow my light to shine out through you. Do not be tempted into the darkness of sin. Stay always in my light. I am the lighthouse keeper and I look for you to have courage to be my instrument of light for the many who stumble in the darkness. To live in my light is to live in my truth. Pray and discern and do not be afraid to speak truth. Many stumble in darkness; their minds are a thick fog and they are unable to see that the life they live is wrong. Each one must experience an awakening (an illumination of your faults) for you to be able to be immersed in my light. This process can be painful as the layers of self are stripped away to reveal the vulnerable child within. I ask you to embrace the call to be children of light. Do not be caught in the traps which the prince of darkness sets for you. Let your mind be consumed with my light and love. I am the source of light. Draw close to me and I will give to you the power of the Holy Spirit to be an instrument of light and love to all you meet. Read Acts 1:8. Stay awake for the time draws near when you will be called to light the path of salvation for many who are trapped in the darkness of sin and despair.
