4th August 2009 (Morning Prayer)
My dear little one,
Give thanks to God for His goodness - His love for you is everlasting. Do not become so weighed down with your problems that you loose your inner peace. Lift your spirits by praising God in song. Play joyful music offering this praise as a humble prayer to your Lord and God. Make time in your week to praise and worship in this way. Spend time with me, your Lord and God and I will reveal to you some more of the mysteries of the Kingdom of God. Do not avoid spending time alone with the Lord. I long for you to come close and be still in my presence as it is in the stillness that you will receive the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to follow the Divine Will of God. Learn to be obedient to the precepts of God. Do not become blinded to the truth, changing God’s laws to fit in with the life you live. Pray humbly for your eyes and ears to be opened to the ways of the Lord. I wait for you to ask for my help. Do not delay any longer. Look to Scripture to guide you. Read Matthew 19: 16-22. You must let go of your attachment to worldly riches. Put God’s love before all you have. Love your Lord and God as I have loved you and love your neighbour as yourself. This is the commandment you have been asked to follow. Love is selfless and pure. It does not seek revenge or count the cost of deeds done for others. Love is to give of oneself in agape love. Do not want earthly rewards for your good deeds but instead be content to receive your reward in Heaven. Read Romans 8: 31-39. Put God’s love as first in your every thought, word and deed and you will inherit a treasure more rich and plentiful than any earthly riches can give you. You will receive the keys to the Kingdom of God.
