1st May 2012 (Morning Prayer) My little one, I am your Good Shepherd. I will protect you from the snares of the evil one. Stay close to Me. Walk in the shadow of the Lord your God. Abide in Me as I abide in you. Trust in the love I have for you and for all. Do not be downhearted and despairing when you face difficult moments, for you live in a world that has gone astray. The flock has been scattered to the four corners of the earth. My shepherds must be called to task as to the example they have given to My sheep. You have read in Scripture the words “when a man has a great deal given to him, a great deal will be expected of him.” Woe to the shepherds who have scattered My sheep. All of God’s children are called to experience purification of body, mind and soul. Pray for My shepherds. They too must be purified from the stain of the sin of pride. Be careful, stay awake, satan prowls like a lion ready to pounce. You must be as stealthy as the fox but as gentle as the lamb. Anyone who exalts himself must be humbled and anyone who humbles himself will be exalted. Be content to work humbly in the background for the glory of God. Let My light shine out brightly as a beacon so that the sheep who have strayed into the darkness can return to My fold. I have asked you to be a stepping stone for others by the selfless love you give out freely to all who are put in your path.
